We're confident AcnEase can treat your acne skin problems quickly, safely, and effectively. We stand behind our product and provide for a Satisfaction Guarantee good within 60 days of your first purchase. If you try AcnEase according to the directions, and haven't seen any improvement, follow the directions below, and we'll refund the unused part of your purchase. Please note we will reimburse only for a return of full and unopened bottles for the first purchase only .

How our Satisfaction guarantee works

Please follow the simple steps below to take advantage of this guarantee:

The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for up to 60 days from the original date of the first purchase.

1. Use the product regularly and as directed for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. (If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask us at CustomerCare@Herborium.com)
2. If, after this time, you are not seeing any progress, please send ONLY UNOPENED bottles of the AcnEase to the address below for a refund. Please be advised that you need to send back all of your remaining full and unopened bottles to get the refund. The refund will cover only the number of full and unopened bottles returned.
3. The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the first order . Once a second purchase of AcnEase is placed, the Satisfaction Guarantee is no longer valid. Any exceptions to this rule need to be agreed upon beforehand in writing by the head of the Customer Care Department(s).

4. One refund per customer and per the same address please. Multiple orders charged on different credit cards for the same client or multiple orders charged to the same credit card for different clients will not be refunded. One refund per household.
5. The cost of shipping and handling is not reimbursed. For the special packs with free shipping we will deduct $8.95 for shipping and handling costs.
6. If there are any other reasons for your return, please let us know as soon as possible.
7. We do not refund one-bottle purchases because one bottle of AcnEase is not sufficient to show an improvement for an individual who uses AcnEase for the first time. No exceptions. We recommend that all of our customers use AcnEase for at least one month in order to achieve the best results.

PLEASE ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. Herborium processes the refund within 7 business days from the time of receiving your return, but your credit card company must process this transaction and credit your account.

PayPal refunds are subject to an additional 4.4% deduction; this deduction is collected automatically by PayPal for using their money transfer capabilities. Regretfully we are not able to refund this fee. Herborium will issue a refund in the form of a PayPal "quasi-cash" payment for the amount of the refund.
Herborium is not liable for any other fees or penalties levied by any Credit Card Company, Bank or PayPal on the amount of return
